Normally following a discussion or on receipt of a brief our engineers will produce a detailed specification in order to manufacture your product. Usually starting with a schematic and PCB design, we will produce a prototype assembly which can be tested and evaluated fully before committing to a full production run. Because this function is performed in house upfront tooling costs and excessive lead-times are minimised prior to approval.

We will always test and evaluate the product fully against the original specification. Assisting the client on site when necessary, ensuring that all relevant standards are met.
